d) The existing STV for “all @ 49” and “1p/sec” shall be applicable to Saral Anant plan and could be sold preferably as a starter pack (SIM+FRC+STV) i.e. (Rs.20+Rs.15+ STV price as applicable) for acquisition of new customers.

Other terms and conditions:-

• In case of General plan, the initial account validity of the FRCs will be 180 days from the date of first recharge.

• Till the time the differential call charges under FRC “1p/sec” is not technically feasible in West Zone IN, the call charges approved under STV “one paise per second” issued vide order No.26-4/209-R&C dated 12.11.2009 will be applicable.

• The FRCs will be used only once after activation and not for general recharge purpose.

• As per GOI order, in J&K LSA no prepaid service will be offered under mobile services. In case of Assam and North East LSAs, the validity of all the FRCs including Saral Anant will be restricted to 90 days. T he Minimum Recharge Condition (MRC) of Rs.100 (Excl of S. Tax) every 90 days will be applicable to Saral Anant plan. This is subject to guidelines issued by Licensing/Regulatory Authority from time to time
