: The Award was received by Shri Arun Balakrishnan, Chairman & Managing Director -HPCL at the hands of the Hon'ble Finance Minister, Shri P. Chidambaram . ‘NDTV Profit Business Leadership Awards’ honours business excellence and are aimed at recognizing companies that have shown exceptional ability across industries and have nurtured excellence. Extensive research was carried over a period of five months to determine the nominees and the winners under the guidance of the jury that comprised of eminent personalities like Dr Amit Mitra, Smt Anu Aga, Dr Bimal Jalan, Shri Narayana Murthy, Shri Suman Dubey and Dr Prannoy Roy. Synovate, as market research partner and Ernst & Young as knowledge/audit partner were appointed by NDTV for these awards. The above Award is a recognition of the various initiatives and innovations taken up by our Corporation, to respond and adapt to the ever changing business scenario. |
