: Reaching out to its customers during the festive season of Christmas and New Year, IDEA Cellular, a leading telecom service provider has introduced a range of value added services for subscribers in Punjab. IDEA subscribers in the state can avail special offers on wall papers, animation, logos, themes, music station, dialer tones, games and more, to make this festive season even merrier for themselves and those who call to wish them 'Merry Christmas' and 'Happy New Year'. According to Mr. Subodh Srivastav, Chief Operating Officer, IDEA Cellular, Punjab Circle, said, "Punjab is a special market for us as we have recently launched brand IDEA in the circle. As part of the special offer, IDEA subscribers can enjoy receiving 'Astro predictions for Year 2009' from the renowned astrology team of Bejan Daruwala. Additionally, 'Top 100 Songs of Year 2008' will be made available on Idea Music Station. Customers can download their favourite songs by dialing 57000 or 57011 at Rs.6/min. IDEA has also launched 'Dialer Tone Contest', wherein subscribers can win a chance to 'Meet & Greet' Kamal Heer & Manmohan Waris. IDEA will also be giving away merchandise and autographed CD's of their album 'Punjabi Virsa' to subscribers. During the festive season, special discounted pack of 'X-Mas & New Year dialer tones' will also be available for IDEA customers in Punjab. Subscribers can download their favourite Dialer Tones at Rs.5 per download. IDEA subscribers will also have an option to greet their friends on New Year by sending 'Voice Messages'. Christmas and New Year specific logos, wallpapers, greetings, animations, themes, games are available to IDEA subscribers on SMS and WAP applications at http://wap.ideafresh.com.
