The subpoenas relate to investigations by those three offices previously disclosed in SEC filings and directed, respectively, to sales and marketing of RISPERDAL® by Janssen, L.P., TOPAMAX® by Ortho-McNeil and NATRECOR® by Scios Inc. – each subsidiaries of Johnson & Johnson. The subpoenas request information regarding Johnson & Johnson's corporate supervision and oversight of these three subsidiaries, including their sales and marketing of these drugs.
