| Customers of York brand HVAC products enjoy choices as part of fall promotion

: Consumers who purchase eligible products from Johnson Controls’ York® brand of heating and air conditioning products between September 1 and November 30, 2006, will have a choice of cash rebates, special financing or an extended warranty plan as part of the company’s 2006 fall promotion. The promotional program offers customers a cash back rebate up to $1,500, special twelve-month, no payment/same as cash financing or a 10-year parts and labor YORKCareä Extended Warranty Plan on qualifying products. The fall promotion also gives consumers the choice of color panels or college logo panels, a $300 value, when they purchase new Affinity™ heat pumps or air conditioners. Only York products give customers a choice from among seven condensing unit or heat pump panel colors – standard champagne, Terra Cotta, Jet Black, Stone, Bermuda, Chocolate or Gun Metal – that best complement their homes. In addition, condensing unit and heat pump panels bearing the logos of more than 77 prominent colleges and universities are also now available. The fall promotion joins a tradition of successful promotions embraced by York dealers and homeowners alike during the last seven years. The 2006 fall promotion is only available through registered, participating York Liberties™ and Liberties Plus dealers and does not include equipment purchased for new construction projects or commercial applications and properties.
